Niladrika.shop is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed Private Courier Services Such as BLUEDART, DELIVERY, DHL, XPRESSBEES & DTDC to deliver the products. The items will be shipped using service Of Speed Post or Express Parcel Service of the Postal Department, Govt of India. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost, Parcel or Speed Post.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The Shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the system program adds automatically adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total value of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different product.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Delivery Charges vary with each product and shipping zones. We have currently waived off the delivery charges for the order value ranges from Rs. 899/- to Rs.1299/- for domestic orders depending upon the delivery zones. This may change without any prior notice. We request to kindly check the same during checkout.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if Non-Receipt of Package Post Expect Delivery Date?

In case you don’t receive your product beyond delivery date, we request you to reach out to us mentioning your order id, we will follow with the concerned courier partners. This may consume certain time to settle your order depending on situation.

 What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-  or email us at info@niladrika.shop mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Our Delivery Channels:

  • Under normal circumstances, products are shipped within 48 To 72 hours of receiving the order.
  • If an order is placed on a holiday, the shipping process will be initiated on next working day.
  • You will be intimated through a mail with all shipping details as soon as we post the product after dispatch.

We don’t use any third party to procure products from our business associates and suppliers/manufacturers. We also don’t depend on retailers for shipping of products as per the orders from our customers. We monitor everything through our own channel of employees from procurement to shipping for the best satisfaction of our customers. 

How many Delivery Attempts will be made?

Our courier partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the shipment(s) of our customers. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.

What happens if Order Returned Undelivered?

For wrong address or if the consignee is not available while our courier partners are trying to deliver the consignment. the order Returns to Origin by the courier. We will cancel such orders once we receive the consignment back in the origin and refund will be initiated in after deducting the to and fro Shipping charges.

Why is the COD facility not offered in some location?

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Does Niladrika.shop deliver Internationally?

Yes, we can deliver internationally to all the countries covered by Indian Postal Department, Government of India subject to the International shipping cost of the product which has to be borne by the customer.

But we are yet to integrate the pincodes/zipcodes of the International countries into our website. Please write to us on our official email id: info@niladrika.shop about your requirement. One of our executives will assist you in this.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on actual/volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
    • Customs, taxes and import charges (in any) will be borne by customers.
